Order Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect and verify the contents of their order upon delivery.

مراجعة الطلب عند الاستلام
يجب على العميل فحص والتحقق من محتويات الطلب عند الاستلام.

Wrong or Faulty Items
If any items are found to be faulty or do not match the order in size, color, or other specifications, customers have the right to refuse acceptance of the entire order at no cost.

المنتجات التالفة أو غير المطابقة
إذا تبيّن أن المنتجات تالفة أو لا تطابق الطلب من حيث المقاس أو اللون أو المواصفات، يحق للعميل رفض الاستلام دون أي تكلفة.

Change of Mind
If the order is correct but the customer chooses not to accept it for personal reasons, they may refuse the delivery, but must bear the shipping costs.

تغيير الرأي
إذا كان الطلب صحيحًا ولكن قرر العميل عدم استلامه لأسباب شخصية، يمكنه رفض الاستلام بشرط تحمل تكلفة الشحن.

No Returns After Acceptance
Once the order is accepted and received by the customer, returns are not permitted.

لا استرجاع بعد الاستلام
بمجرد استلام العميل للطلب، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع.

No Partial Acceptance
Orders must be accepted or rejected in full. Partial acceptance is not allowed.

لا قبول جزئي
يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل أو رفضه بالكامل. لا يُسمح بالاستلام الجزئي.

Exchange Window
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

فترة الاستبدال
يمكن للعميل طلب الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

تكاليف الشحن
يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن كاملة في حال الاستبدال.
